The Markers API now supports a new NG911 type, used to represent markers associated with Next Generation 911 (NG911) calls.
NG911 is an IP-based system designed to improve emergency response capabilities by enabling modern data exchange — such as video, text messages, location metadata, speech-to-text transcription and AI insights.
This new type allows integrations and automations that involve emergency response workflows to correctly tag and handle NG911-originated events.
